Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates performed on a specialised machine called a reformer. Using springs for resistance, along with a moving carriage, straps and a footbar, it provides a full-body workout that can be adapted to suit all fitness levels.

Unlike high-impact exercise, Reformer Pilates focuses on slow, controlled movements that strengthen your muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility and build core stability. It can also help with balance, coordination, injury prevention and rehabilitation, making it an excellent option whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to complement other forms of exercise.

The adjustable resistance means every session can be tailored to your individual needs, allowing you to progress at your own pace while leaving you feeling stronger, more mobile and refreshed.

Our classes take place at røe Pilates, a beautiful women-only studio in the heart of Hackney. With a welcoming, private and supportive environment, it's the perfect space to move with confidence, connect with like-minded women, and prioritise your wellbeing.
